Monday, Sept. 6th, 10:15 am Following the Anklebreaker Triathlon: Stair Calhoun (LPRC member for 30+ years) will be offering stretch and relax yoga at the pool or at her studio (weather permitting): bring two beach towels and a hand towel.
Great Water Aerobics Party! Our last Water Aerobics classes will be Thursday September 2nd, Saturday September 4th, Saturday September 11th (pending pool is still open).
LPRC is a community-owned, non-profit corporation which operates a swimming,
tennis and recreational club on an eight acre park inside the Beltway
in the Alexandria/Annandale area of Fairfax County.
