WATER AEROBICS
Exercise is cool when you're in the pool!
Our first Water Aerobics class of the season is on Saturday, June 6th at 2:00pm;
the second class on Thursdays at 6 pm evenings.
Bring a water noodle and wear water shoes.
The class is free, guests are $5 at the door.

Your water workout includes a warm-up, aerobic exercise, toning and stretches.
While at the pool, try to run, walk, skip,
or dance to your own beat in the water and you'll be exercising without realizing it!
